🔄 Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

At CraftsbyStacey, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help you make it right.

Return Window: Eligible items in their unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

(Please note: Clearance and final-sale promotional items are non-refundable.)

🛠 How to Initiate Your Return

• Step 1: Contact Support

  Send an email to service@glowskinpla.com or text 1-804-201-9920 with your order number and reason for return to receive an official return authorization.

• Step 2: Pack Your Items securely

  Place the item(s) back into the original packaging (or a suitable courier box/mailer). Include your packing slip or order number inside the package.

• Step 3: Ship Your Package

  Attach your carrier label and drop off the package at any local postal service or shipping center (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Send returns directly to our warehouse:

• Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once your package reaches our warehouse, our team will inspect the item(s) and send you a confirmation email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. You may also opt for store credit or a direct product exchange.
